a. Provide a Main Departmental Number because these databases are also used for FSU's Directory Assistance (voice response) and searchable Web directories.
b. Specify whether or not each line should appear in the Local Phone Company printed directory (located in the Business White Pages under Florida State University).

  Duplicate Listing $1.85/month
  Heading Only (No number associated) $1.85/month
  Foreign Listing (Non-calling range#, 800# ) $3.00/month
  Vanity Listing $5.00/month
  Cross Reference $1.85/occurrence
